How do I pay for classes?
Beacon Hill Youth Club Inc. accepts Mastercard and Visa payments only. We are unable to provide direct deposit facility at this time.
Payment details are to be included with your enrolment application.
What should my child wear for class?
Appropriate clothing for safety and ease of movement is T shirt/ leotard and shorts.
Children need to wear minimal clothing during class to avoid restricted movement and overheating.
Bare feet are required during class and shoulder length hair MUST be tied up.
What should my child bring for class?
All children should wear shoes to and from the gym.
Please bring a named water bottle.
CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED TO AND FROM THE CLASS BY AN ADULT FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY

What if my child hasn't done any Gymnastics before?
Our program is a recreational, non-competitive program for children to have fun, while learning the basics of mens and womens artistic gymnastics. They will be grouped according to ability.
Each child will progress at their own rate.
Are classes mixed?
Kindergym classes are mixed boy and girl classes
Gymnastics offer mixed boy and girl classes on Mondays and Saturdays and girls classes Wednesdays and Thursdays
Tricking classes are mixed boy and girl classes
How long do your classes go for?
Kindergym and Gymnastic classes are 1 hour in length.
Tricking classes are 2 ho
We do have 2 hour classes during the week, these are by invitation only.

Yes, we are an approved Active Kids Voucher provider.

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?
Enrolments are for the same day each week. Children may be enrolled during a term if a place is available, or in the school holidays for the next term.

Can parents watch?
Yes parents are more than welcome to watch.
Siblings not enroled in the class must remain with their parent/ carer at all times.
Only children enroled in our classes are allowed to use our equipment for safety and insurance purposes.
An active participating parent/ carer is required for the duration of each class
Accompanying siblings who are walking must be enrolled for safety and insurance reasons
Make up classes?
Make up classes (for sickness only, and require a medical certificate) are limited to 1 per term and are subject to availability. They must be booked in.

How old does my child need to be to enrol in Kindergym?
Toddlers (from 9 months) are welcome in on all Kindergym days.
Kindergym is a program for children between the ages of 1 and 5 years.
How old does my child need to be to enrol in Gymnastics?
School age children
Can my child come and try Kindergym or Gymnastics?
Yes, your child can come and try Kindergym (ages 1 - 5) or Gymnastics (school aged), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to book in a time. Come and try must be booked in, we do not accept 'drop in's'
